A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. ## 1. Sponsor This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by OpenVPN, Inc. (“Sponsor”). ## 2. Eligibility - Open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. - Open worldwide, EXCEPT the Giveaway is void in any country or region subject to U.S. export/trade sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Russia- and Belarus-sanctioned regions), and void wherever else prohibited by law. - Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or household members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible. - Entrants are responsible for confirming that participation in this Giveaway is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. ## 3. Entry Period The Giveaway begins on Saturday, September 12, 2026 and ends on Friday, October 16, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void. ## 4. How to Enter - During the Entry Period, publicly post on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or Mastadon a share of the OpenVPN vs. WireGuard comparison page ([https://openvpn.net/openvpn-vs-wireguard/](https://openvpn.net/openvpn-vs-wireguard/)) including the hashtag #OpenVPNGotFast. Private posts are not eligible, as they cannot be reached by the public. - Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of posts made, per the Entry Period. - Posts must be public (viewable by Sponsor without following/friending the entrant) for the duration of the Entry Period plus judging. - Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is spam, abusive, incomplete, fraudulent (including bots, purchased engagement, or multiple accounts by the same person), or that does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules or the terms of use of the platform on which it was posted. ## 5. Winner Selection & Notification - One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within 7 business days of the Entry Period ending. - The winner will be notified via the social network in which the post won within 5 days of selection. Winner must respond within 3 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. - Estimated odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ## 6. Prize - One (1) winner will receive: one (1) GL.iNet router (model: Flint 3 (GL-BE9300)), approximate retail value (ARV): $209.99 USD. - No cash alternative will be offered except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. - International winners are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed on the prize shipment, and for any charges not covered above. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control. ## 7. Taxes Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. Sponsor may issue tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) to U.S. winners as required by law. ## 8. Publicity & Use of Entry By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share the entrant's qualifying post (including username/handle) in connection with promoting this Giveaway and Sponsor's products, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation. ## 9. Data & Privacy Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer this Giveaway (verify eligibility, contact the winner, fulfill the prize) in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at \[privacy policy URL\].
